Jay Wilburn

Jay Wilburn is all about making sure his clients and business partners have the best experience possible throughout the mortgage journey. A proud graduate of Athens University in 2009, Jay holds a bachelor’s degree and spent 13 years working for UPS, serving the residents of DeKalb, Jackson, and Cherokee counties before jumping into the mortgage world. He and his wife, Krystle, began forever together in 2019 and are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Blakeleigh – and they’re also clients of the company! Jay is also a former member of the contemporary Christian singing group, Shadow of the Cross, and has a deep love for music. In his free time, you’ll find him enjoying family time, cheering on Alabama football, exploring theater, hunting for thrift gems to flip online, or helping people preserve memories by converting old videos!

He genuinely cares about making things easier for his clients and loves guiding them through the mortgage process with a smile.
