Kim Farris

Kim has been working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer since 2010, specializing in Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. In addition to Kim’s experience as a loan officer, she has also handled loan processing and served as the Compliance Officer for the company, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Kim also earned a degree in Fine Art from Auburn University and continues to pursue a passion for painting as a secondary business.

Kim resides at Lake Martin with the family. She has one son who currently lives in Atlanta.
